Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Wide World Motors, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Closeout items are not available for return and are a final sale items. These items are identified on our website as such and by purchasing you accept these terms of no return.
All accessories and parts returned must be uninstalled, with all components including hardware and in the original packaging. All clothing and apparel must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging including the original tags attached for the return to be accepted.
Upon restock inspection, should your return be received back and found to be missing parts, hardware, installed or damaged we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or return the item back to you in the condition is was received without refund. We take great pride in packaging your order(s) and ask that you return your items in the same manner.
Return Shipping
If the product received is the correct product ordered, not damaged or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Abuse & First Party Misuse
Should we determine that you have abused our hassle-free return policy including but not limited to:
returning parts, accessories, apparel or clothing purchased from another source other than Wide World Motors
participated in first party misuse, more commonly called cyber shoplifting, of payment disputes
We reserve the right to no longer provide you service.
RMA Process
Once you receive confirmation on your return please ship the item(s) back in their original packaging. To receive your RMA Approval please fill out the form and we will contact you once your return is approved. Refunds are processed to original purchasing method, or store credit, when products are received and inspected.
